Criminal Investigations Division Overview
The Criminal Investigation Division of The Grand Blanc Township Police Department is responsible for investigating all criminal complaints reported to the Police Department. Cases that we are currently investigating range from offenders who steal to download child pornography to murder.
We have personnel trained in computer forensics enabling our Detectives to pursue criminals who prey on victims in cyberspace. This unit has been successful in numerous prosecutions.
Command officers and detectives assigned to this division work closely with the prosecutor’s office to ensure the timely prosecution of all offenders.
