The Grand Blanc Township Police Department will provide 500 FREE firearm safety kits to local residents through a partnership with Project ChildSafe, the nationwide firearms safety education program. The safety kits, which include a gun lock, will be available while supplies last at the Grand Blanc Township Police Department. April 30th, 2011 - From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Grand Blanc Township Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will give the public another opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs. Bring your medications for disposal to the Grand Blanc Township Police Department. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
